Ethan LoCicero

Ethan LoCicero, PhD, is a Fellow at ARPA-E, the Advanced Research Projects Agency–Energy within the U.S. Department of Energy. With a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University, Ethan specializes in control theory and the optimization of complex networks.
